NGO visits

We at Rajasthan Routes Trails believe in responsible tourism and in keeping the humanitarian approach in mind we encourage our guests to visit various NGOs that work for the upliftment of various communities - be it humans or animals. Any contribution to these NGOs specially if it comes as a participation or taking counselling or training session helps in its own little way. We have listed a few of these NGOs here for your reference, for details on any of these please speak to our representative or alternatively you may write to us at info@rajasthanroutestrails.com :

They work for rehabilitation of blind students by providing free education with boarding and lodging.

This School is for mentally challenged children and incorporates a training centre for teachers and helpers.

Help in Suffering was founded by Englishwoman Crystal Rogers when, on a stop-over on her way to New Zealand, she saw a lame horse being eaten by crows in the street. She first founded Animal Friend shelter in Delhi and then moved to Jaipur. There are two programmes that run under this organisation : The Camel Project and The Elephant Project.

Here we are making an attempt to reach out to the remote villages and hamlets of the region. Through responsible tourism we provide social work packages for development of Village schools and hospitals, counselling on labor problems, health awareness, animal suffering, village civic sense, water management etc.
We organise special interest groups who go off the beaten track and contribute towards the betterment of the people and their environment while experiencing the true living culture of India.
