Dream of one man translated into this beautiful assembly of many talented travel experts who join hands and bring their hospitality experience together to build a travel company which gives unparalleled travel experiences to its guests. Rajendra Singh, with his decades of experience in operating tours, making travel arrangements and inimitable nature, culture and tradition of hospitality thought of starting a venture where “NO” would never be an answer. Whatever a traveller can dream of experiencing in his travels, the provider should be able to deliver. Thus was born Rajasthan Routes Trails on the 15th of December, 2010. Best travel experiences are those where you become a part of the culture of the place you are visiting. This was the vision with which Rajasthan Routes Trails was established – making each traveller feel at home, making them a part of the culture that the company represents. The faith and confidence shown by our business partners and guests has helped us in growing from a one office company to now having offices in all major cities of Rajasthan and marketing offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore too. The company grew its fleet from a couple of cars to now more than 150 vehicles of varying sizes. Starting from the smallest cars to the biggest luxury coaches, we take pride in the gleaming and glistening fleet we own. All vehicles are comprehensively insured and are equipped with all safety features like fire extinguishers, first aid boxes and tool kits. For the comfort of our guests we add the basic amenities like towels, ice boxes with water and soft beverages, little munchies, news papers and maps of the places they are visiting.
The People
We are an assemblage of travel experts with each one being a gracious host in themselves. The team is pretty hands-on with all the tasks that go into making our guests’ travel experience a most pleasant and memorable one. To achieve this mission, we assist our guests in minutely planning their entire trip, from making sketch itineraries, to finalising plans, making reservations at hotels and booking safaris wherever necessary. Hospitality and humility is what we base our guest interaction on. The operating crew of our fleet is the most friendly, soft spoken, knowledgable and well groomed team. Safety is our first priority always. To keep safety on top, we have a policy of “only day time road travels”. We make sure our guests reach their destinations latest by 8 pm and that our driving crew gets a good night’s sleep to be fresh and energetic for the next day’s travel. The team is dedicated to the cause of “zero error” and “zero tolerance” when it comes to making arrangements for our guests. The people are our most valuable assets and the smiles on their faces our best accessories.
